About The Company

 

Infinity Business Solutions Pty Ltd was started in 2000 by CEO Kamara Wagstaff having recognised the need for contract bookkeeping in small to medium sized business with the introduction of GST and quickly established itself in the market place as a leader in their field.

 

In 2009, new legislation was introduced to the bookkeeping industry and IBS embraced the change, having all staff and Management undertake extensive formal training.    All IBS consultants have Certificate’s IV in either Bookkeeping and Accounting and many have both, staying up to date as members of various institutions, attending conferences, numerous subscriptions and industry publications as well as regular inhouse training.

 

In 2010, IBS became a registered BAS Agent viewable on the Tax Practitioners Board website  providing their customers with the reassurance that they meet the expectations of bookkeeping industry standards.

Bookkeeping

IBS can arrange assistance from very basic bookkeeping needs to more advanced set ups involving inventory, foreign currency and multiple warehousing.  We cater for small clients who may not have the space or facilities for their bookkeeping to the large corporate client that requires several days per week.  We specialise in medical bookkeeping through all fields.

 

Wage Processing

We process regular weekly, fortnightly and monthly wages for a variety of industries.  You send through the time sheets and we do the rest; email the payslips and send you a file to import through your bank automatically creating the payment for your authorisation.

Now that PDF records are accepted by the ATO, why not get rid of all the paper and use our scanning services to electronically keep your documents.  You supply the documents, we provide you with your information on a USB stick or disk.  Accounting documents can be uploaded into your software for direct allocation and access – just ask us how.

The business was founded in 1987 while Phillip and Ann Scandizzo, husband and wife team were still completing their bachelor of business degrees at university. Building a client base of high net worth individuals working in the entertainment, sports and consulting industries provided them a solid foundation in the  establishment of legal structures to accumulate valuable assets.

The combination of assets, structures and lucrative tax deductions provided these clients a way to control and manage their tax obligations while their incomes remained relatively high.
