Tony commenced practice as a CPA in 1985 and is a founding partner of Zanacorp Accounting Group Pty Ltd. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from RMIT, he is a member of CPA Australia, a Chartered Tax Advisor with the Taxation Institute of Australia, a member of Chartered Secretaries Australia and a Registered Tax Agent.

With over three decades of professional experience looking after clients taxation and business concerns he is dedicated to applying integrity and skill in achieving the best outcomes for clients. CP, formerly known as Clements Partners, was established by Kevin Clements in the mid 70’s. Originally based in Springvale and then Waverley Road in Malvern East, Kevin established a reputation for honest, informed advice and in doing so, built a loyal and diverse client base.

Stephen Culpitt joined the firm in 1996 and Damien Rys in 2002. Recognising the businesses’ potential both invested thereby enabling Kevin to initiate his transition to retirement in 2006.

The firm moved offices to the business precinct of Glenferrie Road, Malvern in October 2008. Since that time it has continued to grow and develop reflecting the vision of its partners, resulting in a recent move to Hawthorn Road, Caulfield North.

About Us

Blending Personal Service with Expertise

Cranage Partners have been located at 31 Station Street, Malvern since June 1996, servicing clients in the local and surrounding areas, other states and overseas.  The firm was established in 1990 by its principal, Mr. James Cranage who had previously worked in large and medium sized accounting firms.

 

Jim realised that many smaller clients of larger accounting practices were not fully satisfied with frequent staff rotations and had the impression that their smaller account was used as a training ground for junior personnel. To address these concerns, he resolved to establish a practice consisting of experienced, stable personnel who would focus on smaller businesses and provide them with the same level of expert advice he had been providing to large corporations.

 

More than 20 years later, many of Jim’s original clients are still with Cranage Partners today.
