About Me

On-the-Ball Business Services is a small Accounting Practice business with an office in Braeside, run by myself, Janette Ball. As the sole practitioner of the company I provide a personal level of service that is tailored to your individual tax and business needs. I pride myself on my accessibility to clients and value having a direct connection.

I am a Registered Tax Agent who has a Master of Commerce (Professional Accounting) qualification. I am a Fellow of the National Tax Accountants Association (NTAA).

Having worked 13 years as a bookkeeper and company accountant and 8 years as a tax accountant in Public Practice, I offer extensive skills and experience. My work opportunities have provided hands-on experience in the day-to-day running of various business entities, that differ in structure. These experiences complement my strong theoretical knowledge of running businesses.

I stay up-to-date with all the tax and business changes, having completed an Executive Certificate in SME, along with numerous webinars and seminars. As a member and a regular attender of the monthly meetings of the Peninsula Business Group and the Mornington Peninsula Accountants Discussion Group I gain further business and accounting insights while networking.

My current client list include a wide range from differing trades, services and industries from across Melbourne which is a benefit of the numerous communication options available to provide assistance.

I have a special interest in tax and small business and enjoy working with clients in getting the most value out of your returns and business.
